Christy Hinch began working at Colorado Christian in 2015. She serves as the school's Associate Athletic Director, Senior Woman Administrator, and is in charge of NCAA Compliance for the department. 
 
A native of Montana, Christy earned a degree in Business Finance from Montana State University, and also earned a degree in Education from Black Hills State University. She worked in both the investment and mortgage fields before taking time off to raise her children, and then taught for five years before transitioning into college athletics.
 
She comes from a basketball family, and she and her siblings, as well as her children, all played college basketball, along with participating in every sport they could growing up. Combining her love for the Lord with her passion for sports and students has made working with the coaches and athletes at CCU an incredible blessing.
 
Along with her passion for sports, Christy also enjoys mission trips and has participated in trips to Ethiopia and Israel, and has led CCU mission trips to Northern Ireland and Jamaica. 
 
Christy’s favorite activity by far though, is spending time with her two adult children and her two grandchildren.
